Higher Education: Certificate in Business Studies

As stated by the Open University Awards and Ceremony Centre regarding the above qualification, the following information is given in this passage:

“…The certificate recognises that the holder will have gained knowledge and understanding of how businesses are organised and managed.

They will have a good knowledge of business functions of accounting, marketing, and Human Resource management and have begun to explore contemporary business issues such as globalisation, business ethics and enterprise.

Students who hold this certificate will have chosen to combine the core business module with at least one other related subject in which they are interested, from: IT, law, developing work performance, management, technology, finance, social science, mathematics or business communication…”

Thus the conferred academic title, which entitles me to put ‘Cert Bus Stud (Open)’  after my name (aside comment: and will do so on my blog because its appropriate), has been granted to me for such completion of study.

So I will end this posting professionally and formally (but yet with pungent sweetness) on a personal note:

Fini. Adieu.
