Reflecting on prior understandings and experiences of work and how this relates to the ideas about what work is and why anyone would want to go to work?

My answer:   Work – Pain and Pleasure

I like to wake up in the morning with a purpose;
a challenge which is the pain of achieving.

Music represented in the jazz composition of:
‘Hard work’ by John Handy

I like to feel fulfilled which is the pleasure of work.

Musically represented in jazz from the album:
‘Nice and Slow’ by Brian Culbertson

Holding this view means all sorts of things;
gaining knowledge through pain, as having
experienced its pleasures.

Musically represented in R&B composition of
‘Pleasure or Pain’ by Michael Bolton.

What might change it – making it all the better;
Work.

Musically represented in R&B from the album:
‘All That Matters’ by Michael Bolton.
